Sock Monkeys and Vodka

Powells – that new candy store in downtown Chico completely rules. I’ve never seen that much Pez in my entire life. I’m addicted to that place already. Now I need to get back into the gym so I can support my candy habit. I was doing my Thursday Farmers Market run (this time with both Noah and Gavin in tow) and we stopped in there for some much needed sugar and I don’t think I’ve ever seen a business in downtown that busy – it was wall to wall in there – which is good to see. There were more people there in that 15 minute period that we were there than in an entire month when it was Redwood Forest.
